Combination of Owner/Operator, Employee and Contractor (plumber). The plumber did a great job, Michael himself was very efficient but Sergei was slow and needed to be kept moving along. I did underestimate the total time required, but I think the job took longer than it should have

Sergei is great to work with, very hard working, talented and also has a good sense of humor. He not only fixed my CCTVs but also fixed the mess that previous installer left behind. I would highly recommend Sergei and team. Michael is also very sensible and understanding. Even though we had some miscommunication w.r.t the final invoice but he handled it very professionally and gave ame a pretty good discount at the end. This team will go any far to make the customer happy.
