I was asked to pay a deposit so paid $1000. After 2 months of excuses the job wasn't started so I asked for my money back. That's when my Txts were ignored. I still haven't got my money back and will be going to the Small Claims Court. I hope others learn from my mistake and never give this guy money.

Unfortunately after accepting the first of three payments for the job back in April, over $2000, Cede has become uncontactable. After initially communicating with another member of our body Corp group he alleged he had an injury which we took on good faith was true and that when he was better he would complete the job. He has now ceased communications and hasn't refunded our deposit. It's a shame as we thought Cede was a reputable person / contractor
