Steve did a great job on our new front path. He communicated well, and quoted a fair price. His work was high quality and completed quickly and easily. He explained any additional recommended work and gave us an opportunity to consider whether or not to go ahead with that, and did not put on any pressure to agree. He also helpfully removed a lot of additional waste for us at minimum cost. I would recommend Steve to anyone for concrete work.

Steve did an excellent job of relaying a very dilapidated brick courtyard, He communicated well, keeping me constantly informed regarding any difficulties, and he was prepared to listen to any thoughts or concerns I had. In fact Steve went out of his way to ensure I would be happy with the end result. Steve and his crew were friendly and professional at all times and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Steve to others.

I found Steve to be unprofessional in his business dealings . He told me his quote included GST, but when I received it it turned it he wasn't registered for GST. So I effectively paid 15% more as I could not claim back GST on a $13,800 job. He laid some lawn and charged me $500. I then asked him a few weeks later to lay a lesser quantity and he sent me a quote for $700. I ended up paying $217 for the turf incl fertiliser from the supplier. Not an easy guy to work with, but workmanship is good

I would've loved to have proceeded with Steve, but another tradie (external to builderscrack) who was very detailed, knowledgeable and experienced with our councils whole consent process with a costing close to Steve's (making it rather fair game fom a cost perspective) won me over in the end. I would like to however acknowledge Steve for his fast responses to both my ad and my questions, literally! Thank you Steve!
