“Feedback doesn't affect my ratings now because done so many jobs already” - the final text message from Ricky when asked to tidy up the edges on our poorly done and incomplete driveway. Why Ricky did such a poor job on our driveway and rarely communicated I don’t know, especially as he seems to have ok feedback from others. Either way, should you decide to employ this individual, I strongly suggest you withhold a significant portion of his payment until the job is done fully.
