Most tradesmen start first thing each day which suits me as we can brief in the Morning so the work is completed the way I want. Because this is not how Ricky operates, there was a mishap which would have been easily avoided. throughout, I regretted not taking another tradesman.

I cancelled halfway through. Job was clear. Our instruction - more clear. You quoted, then dug 300mm too shallow. The pad isn't straight, isn't the size - you were provided with a scale drawing, it's 100mm too narrow. You pierced the electrical conduit with your waratahs. You were going to pour the driveway when across 2m it was 130mm off. You demanded more money - over and above your quote. You said you were tired & forgot to quote for drainage & correct dig.
