Evan did a good job, however we had very bad communication. We were expecting to see the chosen colour on the small area of the actual surface instead of piece of paper before he painted most of the areas while we were away for our short holiday. We asked him to start after our return but he was insist to set up scaffolding to start preparation. On our return we saw He painted most of the areas already, and we ended up paying $4K more than what we agreed for. He was very rude on correspondences.
