After initially accepting the quote for the job and accepting the timeline proposed we heard nothing more surrounding the actual start date and had to chase constantly with no response to text, voicemail or messages via the BC site. Eventually heard he had been sick so rescheduled for the following week. Then again the same problem of no communication on job start and no replies. I gave up and went to someone else. Communication is a simple thing but not in this case.

Tiling component plus removal & disposal of our old bath. Reinstate the new shower handle & curtain rails. He was always on time, very pleasant & professional to deal with & explained in detail all the sealing & waterproofing components of the job well. I highly recommend him. No price gouging here. The work was perfect & it looks fantastic.
