Project description

Around 650 square metres of Viking Enviroclad TPO single layer membrane, installed in two parts so that the trades working underneath never had to stop.

Splitting the work changed the sequencing for everyone, not just for us. The approach improved site productivity, sequencing and trade coordination, and it minimised delays while holding the quality and compliance standards the job required.

Part one of the gutter goes in to let the roofing progress and keep the building protected from the weather. Part two is completed later, so other trades can carry on underneath while we safely finish the remaining gutter works.
