Project description

Derbigum to the roof plant decks and Fibertite to the internal gutters, with custom tapered insulation made to fix falls that had been ponding since the original design.

Derbigum Xtreme, Double Layer
- Around 370 square metres of double layer Derbigum over the roof plant deck areas, on acoustic board.
- Double layer for the redundancy plant decks need
- Laid over tapered and flat PIR insulation
- Acoustic board as the substrate
- Falls corrected in the insulation rather than the structure

Fibertite Xtreme, Single Layer
- Around 150 square metres of Fibertite to the internal gutters, where the detailing matters most.
- Single layer Fibertite to the gutter runs
- Outlets and penetrations detailed individually
- Additional diverters to steer water to the outlets
Laps kept clear of the water line
