Project description

Approximately 2000 square metres of Rooflogic Fibertite Xtreme membrane to roof and internal gutter areas, delivered against a tight programme and a run of difficult weather.

Fibertite Xtreme, Single Layer
A single layer Fibertite membrane over cover board, taken across both the roof areas and the internal gutters.
- Approximately 2000 square metres in total
- Roof areas and internal gutters in one system
- PIR and Stonewall insulation beneath
- Cover board as the membrane substrate


Shrink Wrap Where It Was Needed
- Temporary shrink wrap areas let the crews keep installing while the weather was against the programme.
- Work moved under cover rather than stopping
- Protection from weather during installation
- Productivity maintained through poor conditions
- Programme deadline kept in sight
