Weatherboard Building Wash — Christchurch

Completed an exterior wash of a weatherboard property, cleaning accumulated grime and organic growth from cladding, soffits and accessible exterior joinery.

Cleaning pressure and methods were adjusted around ageing paintwork. Existing coating wear and persistent staining were recorded, with maintenance recommendations provided separately.

The client received a photographic completion report showing the cleaned areas and items needing further attention.
