Project description

The proposed pool house forms part of a comprehensive backyard transformation, incorporating a new swimming pool and spa to create a cohesive outdoor living environment alongside the existing 1930s dwelling. Designed for future adaptability, the open-plan pavilion includes a bathroom and bar opening onto a spacious verandah, allowing it to function as both an entertainment space and potential self-contained dwelling. White shiplap cladding gives the simple, refined form a contemporary identity while complementing the character of the existing home.
