Fireplace Feature

Project description

A beautiful fireplace feature in a tiny workmans’ cottage in Ponsonby.
The old chimney likely dates from the mid-late 1800’s but was damaged and boarded over by a previous owner.
The section of flue with the working access door is from the original fireplace, and the salvaged stamped bricks are from historic New Zealand brickyards.
