Repainting of Bathrooms' Ceiling, Soffit of Exterior Walls and Part of Weather Board
Project description
The job was located on Meadowland Drive Howick and included repainting the ceiling of 1-bathroom, interior painting of 1 bathroom, soffit repainting and partial paint of weather boards.
The ceiling bathrooms were modified and the location of lights had been shifted thus the old spots needed plastering before painting. As you can see in the photos, the paints of ceilings had really bad condition and, Renolink team scrapped almost all the ceiling paints, sanded the ceilings, primed with Zinsser oil-based paint, skimmed them with plaster compound and sanded to make them smooth and free of any dents.
The ceilings and interior of one bathroom were painted by 2 Resene Kitchen and Bathroom paint.
The final finish was amazing (you can see in the photos) and the client was super happy. Thanks to Gillian for giving us this job.
