Repainting Windows, 2 doors, Weather Boards and Fascia
Project description
The job was located at 24 Pooks Road Ranui in included stripping/scrapping the windows old flaking paint, repainting the windows, weather boards, 2 doors and fascia.
The windows needed a good preparation which included taking down the old paint, priming them, filling of all dents and gaps, fixing glass putties and then priming for a second time and then painting.
Renolink team, stripped/scrapped the old paint to the bear wood (as you can see in the photos), primed with Zinsser oil-based primer, filled all gaps and dents, sanded the filled sections and all the surface to make them smooth, primed for a second time with Zinsser oil-based primer followed by a light sanding and then painted the windows by 2 coats of Resene Lustacryl paint.
The final finish of the windows was super and "they looked like brand-new windows".
The weather boards and fascia were water blasted, sanded, primed and then painted with 2 coats of Resene Lumbersider paint.
The client was super happy and thanks to Kelvin for giving us this job.
