Heritage Home Renovation – Ngaio

Project description

This comprehensive renovation involved a full strip-back and rebuild of a character home in Ngaio, carefully balancing modern performance with heritage integrity. The project included a full re-pile, complete re-line, and a new roof, creating a solid and compliant foundation for the home’s next chapter. Custom timber joinery was built and supplied to match the home’s original character, while new hardwood flooring was installed throughout to add warmth and durability.
Internally, we constructed a new kitchen cavity and installed bespoke kitchen cabinetry, along with delivering a full bathroom renovation that upgraded services while maintaining period-appropriate detailing. The project was completed with a new deck, seamlessly extending the living space outdoors. Every stage was managed with precision to respect the home’s heritage features while delivering a high-quality, modern finish.
