Project

Mt roskill retaining wall piling - Slip stabilisation

Project description

For this project, we were engaged to stabilise a slip located directly beneath a three-storey residential home. Working alongside the builder who managed all set-out and markings, we drilled and installed 13 piles at a depth of 12.5 metres each to support the new retaining wall structure.

✅ Drilled piles to 12.5m depth using a dedicated drilling rig
✅ Installed steel reinforcing cages ready for concrete pour
✅ Coordinated closely with the builder to ensure precise pile placement
✅ Managed tight access with existing scaffolding and minimal working room
✅ Worked safely adjacent to a steep drop-off and existing structures
✅ Completed under challenging ground conditions with mixed clays and gravels

This job demonstrates our ability to tackle technically challenging sites with limited access while delivering structurally critical foundations to engineer specifications.
