TE WHAU DRIVE, WAIHEKE ISLAND

Project description

This project was all about creating
the base for a premium outdoor
area, including a pool, lawn, and
landscaped surrounds, all perched
on a steep site with killer views.
The goal was to reuse as much on-
site material as possible, so we
used clay from the original house
cut to build up the entire pool and
lawn platform. From there, we
shaped out detailed pool footings
to suit the build plans and
recontoured the area to ensure
proper water flow and site prep.
The job was finished with a clean
topsoil layer, ready for the
landscapers to come through.
A tricky site with plenty of detail,
and a pretty epic end result.
