Project description

This was a high-end renovation project
requiring precision and care from start to
finish.
We completed the entire earthworks scope,
including drilling and installing soldier piles
around the basement footprint, then carefully
digging between them to form the new
building platform.
Once the basement platform was complete,
we excavated footings, removed the original
pool, and later prepped for the new pool
install. Our team also contoured and prepped
the driveway for the stonemasons to lay
premium finishes.
The site demanded high attention to detail,
we were working in close proximity to the
existing house structure for most of the job,
including excavating directly beneath
sections of the home (as seen in the photos).
Our focus was on delivering clean, reliable
results while protecting the integrity of the
surrounding structures.
