Project description

We had the opportunity to take on this project based in Te Atatu Peninsula. Our clients had a leak right below this roof, into their Master bedroom. After our inspection, it was very clear to identify the cause of the leaks.

The existing single layer Torch on Flat roof was cleaned, laps and drip edge torched down, and we then completed a 4 coating system of Liquid membrane reinforced with fibre glass matt using Easy Flashing and Chevaline Dexx Topcoat.

Admire the result. The leak problem is solved.
