I advise staying well clear. I'm unsure if this is actually a company or perhaps entering a home with some other motive. Be very suspicious about him leading you to a promise of a quote following a visit to your property. He visited our house, made a promise only to never hear anything again. We will be maintaining vigilance around home security just in case.
