Furniture repairs have been our business since 1989. Our company has expanded,
based on a reputation for excellent service and quality workmanship. Dovetail
Restorations Ltd is a well-established company based in Auckland but known for its service much further afield, both in New Zealand and overseas.
We pride ourselves on being able to meet your furniture repair and restoration needs from one item to any requirement.
· Insurance repairs resulting from fire, flood, burglary or accidents are our specialty.
Full assessment and valuation service undertaken. We work with your Insurance
Company to ensure your satisfaction.
· We undertake structural repairs to all furniture, stripping, polishing and colour
matching to your requirements; upholstery, leather and glass repairs as required.
· Our skills are not limited to repairing and restoring domestic furniture. We have the capacity to work on site, in buildings with wooden features, for marine needs, either on board super yachts or bringing items to our well-equipped factory and for large scale projects, such as church pews, school benches, office desks, restaurant furniture.
· We can provide a pick-up and delivery service, with transport of goods covered
under the Goods and Services Transport Act.
· Dovetail Restorations has the reputation of a professional company. We will answer or return your calls and visit when we say or let you know otherwise. We provide written quotes with detailed descriptions including photographs if needed of the work to be carried out. This can be emailed or posted to you or your representative, prior to work commencing.
