We are Pete and Caro Malcolm and have moved to the island from Palmerston North, having holidayed here for the last ten years. We felt our combination of skills provided the perfect opportunity for a business of helping absent home owners maintain their stunning properties, and make their time here a real holiday. Pete is a 'Licensed Building Practitioner' with 30 plus years in the industry and has associated skills such as painting, tiling, paving and landscaping. Caro began in hospitality over 30 years ago, beginning in the kitchen and moving through to front of house and by 20 years of age owned her own restaurant. Together, we have renovated houses and believe we have a work ethic that will bring customers back time and again.
