Renovation - skimming required

Job was to complete indoor skimming/undercoat and external paint. Exterior walls were poorly prepped resulting in immediate bubbling of paint. Despite reassurances for this to be rectified we have been trying for nearly a year now for this to be fixed and it is still not completed. In attempts to fix he has damaged our weatherboard through aggressive use of a sanding machine. Would never use this tradesman.
