We've completed over 250 projects since 2004 across a wide array of work scopes. Our services inc; design & consent, renovations & refurbishments, home extensions, minor dwellings and bespoke new builds. Projects fully managed with a minimum of fuss, and fixed pricing wherever possible.
We engage Licensed Building Professionals for all restricted building work.
We specialise improving the use of under utilised or tired spaces, often on tight / tricky sites. We can help you understand what is possible under the Auckland Unitary Plan, partic for minor and secondary dwellings, Loft Homes and Garages.
