Skilled carpet stretcher/repairer needed

I feel that Scott maybe under quoted the job and rushed to get the work done as a result. I had asked for a skilled carpet repairer but felt the repairs could have had a better result. More communication was needed to get the job done to a professional level. If you are after a quick fix for a rental then these guys would be fine, but I would go elsewhere next time.

Scott, initially communicated well and day was arranged for when i thought he was to complete the work but didn’t have the required materials 🤷🏼‍♀️ I haven’t been able to get a time from him to come back for a couple of weeks now and is now “too busy”. Disappointing outcome and a waste of my time so will be looking elsewhere. Sorry do not recommend based on this experience.
