Initially Andy was ok with responding and making appointments. He came and viewed the job and gave us a quote which we accepted. We made a date for the job but he kept postponing due to "a family situation", then on the day that we had to have the work completed by he didn't turn up, we contacted him and he said he was no longer trading and couldn't do the job. Then he messaged back to say he could do the job for cash. We felt this was extremely dodgy and unprofessional and did not use him.

It is sad to write a review that is not complimentary in some way but people need to know. You should not deal with this person. He has quoted to do the job and requested 50% deposit which we paid 4 months ago. We have had every excuse why the job has not been started. We have requested our money to be returned (which he has said he will do) and given several deadlines to do so. To date we have nether the job started or our money returned. He now tells me he is going through a bankruptcy.

Andrew made contact quickly to arrange a time to view the job, took him 2wks to texted me the quote (thank you). I requested to send thru by email with quote details with some job he has done just for references (I don't think there is anything wrong), he said will do it, but no feedback since then, contacted him many time with no luck. Total time waster. Called me on a public holiday eager to make a time to look at job. Sorted time and he didn't show. Didn't bother to text or call. Didn't answer my messages. Took time off work for appointment and he couldn't even be bothered to cancel. Not someone I'd recommend.
