Steve was prompt to respond to the job post as soon as it was posted. He arrived at the scheduled time to quote the job and was pleasant to deal with, Steve came across as a very experienced and knowledgeable tradesmen and even pointed out a few things that we hadn't considered, but after saying he would get to quote through to us Steve didn't send through the quote and did not communicate with me after the first visit which was disappointing
