I've got a new toilet (still in its packaging) that needs to be installed (removal of previous toilet unnecessary). Also, I've got a sink basin that needs to be hooked up. I've got an unusual non-purpose built wooden table that I want the basin installed in, so some cutting will be necessary. Lastly, I want the sink and bath taps checked to make sure they won't drip (you won't be installing the bath, just checking the tap).

We have a low pressure hot water cylinder and would like better shower pressure. We are looking for a plumber to fit a pump (something like a Tempercon booster pump) or suggest what you think would be our best option. The house is a weatherboard raised on blockwork so has good access. Cheers Andy

I've got a 1963 weatherboard house, and some of the spouting needs fixing on both the house and garage. It looks like Marley plastic spouting, possible solvent welded? In particular, there are several places where the spouting is cracked, and one place where the mountings have detached from the fascia boards.

we are having problems with hot water to our Shower. when we have showers it's either really hot or really cold. it was working okay until we got our house insulted an when they did the under house that's when we had hot water problems. we were told that it was the hot water cylinder, as we aren't a plumber we don't know. look forward to hearing from you.

We have flooding in the downstairs area of our home every time we have heavy rain. There is an existing drain down the right side of the house that was put in around 10 years ago (not by us) and we think that it must need replacing. We would like to have repair or replacement quoted for please.
