Kurt and his team were excellent at communicating -- providing good pre-quote advice to meet our needs and design vision. We also appreciated the fully itemised quote provided in good time. The job did not start as scheduled but Kurt maintained regular communication to keep us in the loop. The workmanship was excellent which contributed to the overall finish -- the tiler was impressed by how straight the walls had been made. Kurt coordinated the electrician which was also a big help.

Not sure if this is due to being very busy, or the way they manage their Builderscrack enquiries, but was disappointed in service received.
