Leaf Build have done a fantastic deck renovation on my house recently. My partner and I were thoroughly impressed during our time working with Seb and Elliot. From the very beginning Seb was responsive to any queries we had and offered helpful input on the design and material selection etc and his estimate was accurate. At all times Seb was very professional, detailed and completely transparent with everything from cost to timeline and his communication was excellent.

Seb and his offsider Elliot did a fantastic job constructing our new deck. It was a really challenging site and they exceeded our expectations with what they achieved in a short space of time. The level of professionalism and craftsmanship displayed by Lead Build was exemplary. We have used dozens and dozens of tradespeople over the past decade and our experience dealing with Seb was second to none. I hope we have another project for him in the future!

If you want a LEGEND, look no further. Seb and his apprentice definitely did an amazing job, he was true to his cost, has great passion and gave me a good understanding on his plan, i was well informed days before the project date and kept everything clean and tidy after. He definitely stays true to his word on not undercutting his professionalism and ensured the job is done with full perfection to detail. I was even happier to be able to support a fellow Schnapper Rock local. Keep it up!!

We contracted Seb to remove an existing deck and rebuild a new one. He contacted us immideately after posting the job and came around quickly to measure up. He then made an appointment to personally come around and discuss the quote outlining various timber and design options that would enhance the look of the deck and save us money.
