Leaking Decramastic Tile Roof

Jeremy advised he could patch the roof and it would solve all the issues, there was no reason to actually replace the tiles, he also offered that if it should leak after he had patched he would come back and fix. He turned up at dusk, did the job when questioned re the holes dents etc. that were still there he went back on roof and again promised if it still leaked he would fix. It still leaks; we have made numerous attempts to contact Jeremy who always assures us he will be back...still waiti...

Re-point roof

I can't recommend dealing with Jeremy highly enough. He made it so easy and the roof looks awesome. I'll be getting him back to the do the big job of coating the roof next year.

Roof maintenance

It was a tough job (apparently) and took way longer than quoted / estimated. We were impressed that Jeremy stuck to his quote even after the job requiring double / triple the labour first thought. We had minor hiccups with some leaking (corrected promptly) and some miscommunication about start dates (could have been better), ,but overall we are happy. The job looks good and we are well prepared now for many more Winters.

Roof recoating required

Prompt contact, really impressed with the way the quote was presented. The work was done well and quickly. Also grateful for the bfact they came back to touch up areas of weatherboard and bargeboard that had had stain accidentally removed when the roof was waterblasted.
