Mike was very quick off the mark and was able to work to our tight schedule. He was difficult to get hold of though. He arranged his team to return to upgrade some areas that we noticed weren't at the same satin finish as the rest of the floor and matched them very well. However, once we had made payment and found some areas that had dust caught under the polyurethane and wanted to get them repaired we weren't able to make contact via phone again so we have had to learn to live with them.
