About

We're Jo and Steve Bill, a husband-and-wife team based in Hastings, looking after Airbnb and holiday homes across Hastings and Havelock North.
Jo is the heart of the business. She's spent years in hospitality, starting at the Delta St Pierre hotel and golf club in Wales, then many years as housekeeper for the owners of Black Barn here in Havelock North. Steve calls her "the hotel inspector" for good reason: she notices the things guests notice, and fixes them before they do. Steve brings a property eye from his work as a local real estate agent, so he understands what owners need to protect their investment and their reviews.
When we take on a new property, we start with a walk-through with you to learn how you like it presented, then set up a checklist so every turnover is consistent. After each clean we inspect the home, restock essentials, and let you know about any damage, maintenance issues or items left behind.
Why hire us? You get two reliable, local people who treat your property like our own, communicate clearly, and care about the five-star review as much as you do.
