The initial task for Archie was to resolve the discharge of excess water from the roof which for the first time was coming through the ceiling on a heavy rail fall. This required the realignment of fascia boards, installing additional downpipes, replacing all the house spouting , replacing roof tiles and the realignment and installation of new valleys on the roof. The work was all completed within an agreed timeframe and budget. We found Archie and his team to be very professional and respectful, punctual and very competent and communicative. I would have no hesitation recommending Seventh View for residential work.

We have been working with Archie and the guys at Seventh View for five or six years now. They have built everything from a shed roof to fences, decks, done several full house renovations and a three-site development for us. Working with Archie and the team has been great. They are easy to work with and very skilled builders who are very particular about the quality of their work. The projects they have done for us have always run smoothly keeping to both time and budget. If you have a building project and are wanting a great team of guys that will ensure your job is completed with quality workmanship, on time and within budget we would highly recommend you talk to Archie and the team at Seventh View.

In 2026 Seventh View completed an almost full rebuild of our large fire-damaged house in Cockle Bay. Archie connected us to an excellent architectural draughtsperson and QS and priced the job competitively. He and his senior builder Malcolm (as well as other builders on their team) were a pleasure to deal with, and made a stressful, high-stakes process considerably easier. They had a very good eye for detail. And another eye for cost savings. Equally though, they did not cut corners, and the job was finished to a very high standard. Final paperwork to complete the CCC was also handled well by Archie. Billing was clear and transparent. And their method and manner of doing business was honest, friendly, and highly ethical. We would absolutely recommend Seventh View to anyone seeking a competent, trustworthy, reasonably priced, building company.

Thanks to Archie and his team on the seamless building experience. Although our job was a small garage reno the professionalism, commitment and dedication to the job was awesome. The work was completed in the specified timeframe and to a very high standard, his guys were friendly, respectable and knowledgeable. The most impressive part was how they left the site both days - absolutely immaculate. Thank you. Would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them for your building requirements.
