About

LAYERUP is a landscaping and earthworks contractor working across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato: Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Te Puke, Rotorua and out to Thames, Hamilton and Taupō.

Paving and decorative stone are a big part of what we do. Paver patios, walkways, footpaths, stepping stones and entry paths, all built on a compacted, free-draining base. River stone and pebble beds, chip and scoria surfaces, mulch and stone garden borders, tree surrounds and low-maintenance front yards that still look sharp after a wet winter.

Alongside that we handle excavation, drainage and land levelling, garden beds and planting, backyard entertaining areas, and premium artificial turf for homes and businesses, including cleaning and maintenance on turf we installed and turf we did not.

Our approach is simple: get the base right. What decides how a patio, path or lawn looks in five years happens before anything visible goes down, so we do not cut corners on excavation, drainage or compaction.

One crew from ground up. We turn up when we say we will, quote clearly with no surprises, and leave the site clean.
