Taylor'D Renovations is a locally owned and operated building company specialising in residential renovations and alterations throughout Nelson and Tasman.

Led by Licensed Building Practitioner Dylan Taylor and Director of Operations Victoria Henderson, Taylor'D combines experienced building expertise with professional project management. Our clients deal directly with the people responsible for planning, managing and delivering their project — from the first conversation through to completion.

We undertake renovations and alterations of all sizes, including bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations, home alterations and extensions, decks and outdoor living, doors and windows, flooring, tiling, decorating, general carpentry, repairs and property improvements. Where a project requires multiple trades, we can coordinate the work so our clients have one point of contact throughout the renovation.

Good renovation work is about more than the finished appearance. It requires careful planning, realistic advice, clear scopes of work, good communication and proper management of the details that arise once work begins. That's the standard we've built Taylor'D around.

We don't believe in overselling work or cutting corners. We provide practical advice based on the property, the client's priorities and their budget, communicate clearly throughout the job, and take pride in delivering workmanship we're prepared to put our name behind.
