Renovation

Another successful renovation project completed in Mellons Bay. The owners engaged us to carry out a full renovation prior to selling the property, with a focus on achieving the best possible result while keeping costs under control. Based on the client's requirements, we completed a comprehensive renovation including: • Removal of existing wallpaper and full interior repaint • Complete kitchen renovation • Bathroom renovation • New carpet and floor tiles • Custom-made modern wardrobe sliding doors • Various repairs and upgrades throughout the property By carefully managing the budget without compromising quality, we were able to transform this older home into a modern and attractive living space. The owners were extremely pleased with the final result, and the property was successfully sold shortly after completion.
