Not impressed! Came round to quote the job. Said we needed two trucks. They turned up with 1 truck. This delayed the move by more than an hour. Several breakages including a book case. Worse still my piano is deeply scratched. I was furious. They asked me to sign off on the move. I refused. They cornered my husband who didn't think about it and signed. When the truck left it broke my gate post.

Never before have we had such wonderful service from a moving company. The staff are THE nicest people, from the office staff all the way through to the gentlemen that helped with the move. Terrible service. Booked 3 weeks in advance and paid deposit. Was told arrival would be 8am-9am.. no contact made, called them after 9am and with numerous back and forth calls informing me their truck broke down the day before, they eventually sent someone from another company at 10.30am. Will never use this company again and do not reccomend their services.
