"Had been quoted for a 55m3 truck they arrived in a 38m3 truck, couldn't fit all our gear had to leave some belongings behind. Started off with 3 men they were hours late to arrive in Wellington as they had to head to fielding to help another truck and left 3rd man there. My husband who's not young had to help with carrying gear as one guy in truck unpacking and only one guy carrying.
Charged us full price of original quote for a 55m3 truck even after they brought wrong truck and they left gear."
