Balustrade Demolition

Scope of works: - Controlled removal of precast concrete balustrades - Tile uplifting and removal of 300mm cementitious screed - Diamond grinding to concrete substrate in preparation for new finish - Recessed concrete cutting to form new concrete nib - Key in preparation for concrete pouring and formwork All completed in a live environment, and receiving a 100% recycling rate on all waste!

Interior Demolition

Scope of works: - Site Preparation & protection - Coordinate service disconnections - electrical, plumbing, hydraulic etc - Full interior demolition back to base structure in preparation for shopfitter - Uplift tiles and 10mm cementitious screed - Repair and diamond grind to prepare for new floor finish - Deliver polished concrete floor with a matte finish - Cart and remove all waste for disposal off-site - Final clean 50% of kitchen items were salvaged and gifted to a new store fitout through our network.

Residential Fence Demolition

Scope of works: - Deconstruct panels and retain posts to prepare for new fence - Concrete cutting and removal to make way for new piles - Cart and dispose of waste off-site - Final clean
