Balustrade Demolition

Project description

Scope of works:
- Controlled removal of precast concrete balustrades
- Tile uplifting and removal of 300mm cementitious screed
- Diamond grinding to concrete substrate in preparation for new finish
- Recessed concrete cutting to form new concrete nib
- Key in preparation for concrete pouring and formwork

All completed in a live environment, and receiving a 100% recycling rate on all waste!
