Project description

Scope of works:
- Site Preparation & protection
- Coordinate service disconnections - electrical, plumbing, hydraulic etc
- Full interior demolition back to base structure in preparation for shopfitter
- Uplift tiles and 10mm cementitious screed
- Repair and diamond grind to prepare for new floor finish
- Deliver polished concrete floor with a matte finish
- Cart and remove all waste for disposal off-site
- Final clean

50% of kitchen items were salvaged and gifted to a new store fitout through our network.
