Door Hardware Installation & Painting

Hang the door slab or pre-hung unit, attach hinges, and ensure a smooth, even swing and latch engagement. Mortise and install the door handle, spindle, latch, and strike plate Prime and apply top-coat paint (undercoat and finish coats) to the door slab and edges. Remove protective masking, clear site debris, and test operation.

Aluminum Gate Installation & Custom Site Prep

Install a new aluminum gate on a site with out-of-plumb concrete and timber fencing, requiring custom leveling and structural adjustments to ensure a perfect, functional fit.

Installation of Metal Garden Shed (Including Subfloor & Concrete Footings)

Dig and pour concrete piles/footings to ensure a level and stable base. Build a robust timber frame using bearer and joist construction. Install and secure the floorboards/sheet flooring over the joists. Unpack, assemble, and erect the metal garden shed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Anchor the shed securely to the newly built timber floor. Check and ensure all doors, roof panels, and components are fully aligned and weatherproof.

Replacement of Rotary Clothline

The rotary clothesline broke off at the base, so I replaced it with a new one and poured a short concrete path extension.

Install two aluminium self-latching gates - dog-proofing

Roland installed two aluminium self-closing gates at our front deck and back of house, fixing into both timber and concrete. They swing, close and latch properly and the work is tidy. He was patient with lots of questions, flexible around the weather, fair on price and included his own materials at no extra charge. Responsive throughout. Would happily use him again and recommend him.
