I contacted a couple of other builders before Leon - none of them got back to me at all. Leon was prompt to reply and his communication was good throughout. This was a small job to fix up a hole in a fascia board from rot - Leon replaced it, finding extra rot underneath in the process and replacing that too. His hourly rate was competitive and he came in under budget. As you can see in the photo, the new board looks nice and blends in well with the house. Haven't hired a builder before this but it felt like good value for money to me. Will definitely consider this company for future jobs too. Quote: ~$900 Actual: ~$800, including extra work

We hired Leon to update our bathroom layout recently. Leon was punctual and a fantastic communicator so we were informed of the work needed as well as all steps in the process.
