About MK Vinyl Systems
MK Vinyl Systems is a specialist vinyl flooring company based in Auckland. We have focused exclusively on vinyl flooring since early 2019 — and that focus is exactly what sets us apart.
While many contractors “do a bit of everything”, our team does one thing only: vinyl — and we do it properly.
Over the past years, we’ve completed a large volume of residential, commercial and social housing projects, working with builders, property managers and homeowners who value reliability, consistency and long-term durability.
Why clients choose us:
✔ We specialise in vinyl only — not carpet, not tiles, not “everything”
✔ We understand real-world usage, moisture, subfloor conditions and long-term performance
✔ We follow strict installation standards and proven systems
✔ We show up on time, communicate clearly, and finish properly
✔ We care about details that most people don’t see — because those details decide how long the floor lasts
How we work:
We don’t chase shortcuts. We believe most flooring failures come from poor preparation, not bad materials.
So we spend more time on:
Subfloor assessment & preparation
Moisture control and leveling
Correct adhesives and installation methods
Clean, precise finishing
This is why many of our clients work with us repeatedly over many years.
Our philosophy:
Vinyl is not a “cheap floor”.
Installed correctly, it is one of the most stable, durable and cost-effective flooring systems available.
We don’t try to be the cheapest.
We aim to be the most reliable and predictable.
If you want a vinyl floor done once, done properly, and done to last — we’re happy to help.
