We initially brought them in to investigate a leak on our main interior lounge wall, situated near our second-story windows. As is often the case with older homes, the scope of the job grew significantly once the windows were removed. However, Josh and the team handled the discovery with complete professionalism. Why we recommend them: Transparent Communication: They consulted us at every single stage, clearly explaining what they found and why specific repairs were necessary. Above & Beyond Quality: Rather than just a quick fix, they applied modern waterproofing measures that were missing from the original 1970s build. Replaced decking - great young couple working hard to run their business. Excellent communicators, work completed to a high standard, and cost was as I expected. After the removal done by the apprentice, Josh worked his behind off to get the deck done in a race with the weather and won.
