NZL Developments
A father-and-son building company, built on doing the job properly, the Kiwi way.

We’re Steve and Luca, a North Shore–based team. We’re fully qualified and LBP licensed. NZL Developments Ltd is family-owned and provides residential new builds, renovations and general construction. After many years building homes from the ground up, we now also take on alterations, upgrades, decks and fences.

Because we’re a small, family-run team, every job gets our direct attention. We never hand a project off to a stranger part-way through, so you deal with the same people from your first enquiry to the final walk-through. We focus on quality workmanship, clear communication and results that hold up over time. We also work with trusted plumbers, electricians and stoppers to keep your job on schedule.

We turn up when we say we will, and you can expect honesty and integrity every step of the way.
