Additionally, I provide architectural floor plan design and interior layout and detailing, and I manage consent applications and approvals with the local Council, including building exteriors, garden and landscape design, and overall concept design. I also provide 3D visualisations and renderings, digital modelling (including SketchUp modelling), coloured floor plans, as well as colour boards and mood boards.
