ReSpace Design is an architectural and interior design studio based in Auckland. We are an experienced team with 10+ years of professional practice across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

We specialise in delivering high-quality visualisations and well-coordinated, council-ready documentation. Our work is defined by efficiency, technical accuracy, and a strong focus on presentation—helping clients move from concept to approval with clarity and confidence. We understand what consultants, contractors, and Council reviewers expect to see, and we produce drawing sets and supporting information that are structured, consistent, and easy to assess.

The villa incorporates locally sourced Fijian materials such as natural timber, volcanic stone, and handwoven rattan. An open-plan living space blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors, creating a seamless tropical flow. Features include a spa bathtub, infinity pool, and outdoor shower, offering a resort-like experience at home. Lighting and textiles are curated in earthy tones, enhancing warmth and natural harmony.

Fiji Coastal Villa · Modern Tropical Luxury

Its design draws inspiration from the rich, natural palette of the tropics — Parrot Red, Coconut Brown, Sand Beige, Sun-tanned Bronze, and Shell White. These tones create a vibrant yet balanced atmosphere, echoing the light, breeze, and timeless rhythm of island life.

Buckland Beach Residence Renovation & Design

Buckland Beach Residence Renovation & Design 本项目位于 Buckland Beach，是一栋滨海别墅的设计与翻新改造工程。 The project is located in Buckland Beach — a coastal villa renovation and design project. 设计的核心目标，是将住宅合理分区，一半自住、一半对外出租。 The design focuses on creating a dual-purpose layout — one half for private living and the other for rental. 挑战在于：既要保障自住区域的私密性，又要让租客拥有被尊重与归属的生活体验。 The key challenge lies in ensuring privacy for the homeowner while providing comfort and dignity for the tenant. 通过对动线调整与出入口改造的整体规划，结合室内空间优化，实现了高效又互不干扰的分区动线。 Through thoughtful circulation redesign, entry reconfiguration, and interior optimization, the layout achieves a seamless balance between efficiency and privacy. 主卧被重新规划出更宽敞的衣帽间与面朝海景的布局，而客厅、会客区与工作区的层次关系成为公共空间设计的重点。 The master suite has been redesigned with a larger walk-in wardrobe and a sea-facing orientation, while the relationship between the living, reception, and work areas defines the heart of the public zone. 建筑原有的斜面与转角玻璃窗虽带来极佳的景观视野，但也带来了漏水隐患与窗体更换的施工挑战。 The original angled and corner glazing offers stunning sea views, yet poses significant challenges in waterproofing and window replacement costs. 整体改造在功能、体验与结构可行性之间寻找平衡，使空间在美学与实用之间重新焕发生命力。 This renovation strikes a fine balance between functionality, experience, and technical feasibility, breathing new life into the home through thoughtful design and construction.
