The design focuses on creating a dual-purpose layout — one half for private living and the other for rental.

挑战在于：既要保障自住区域的私密性，又要让租客拥有被尊重与归属的生活体验。
The key challenge lies in ensuring privacy for the homeowner while providing comfort and dignity for the tenant.

通过对动线调整与出入口改造的整体规划，结合室内空间优化，实现了高效又互不干扰的分区动线。
Through thoughtful circulation redesign, entry reconfiguration, and interior optimization, the layout achieves a seamless balance between efficiency and privacy.

主卧被重新规划出更宽敞的衣帽间与面朝海景的布局，而客厅、会客区与工作区的层次关系成为公共空间设计的重点。
The master suite has been redesigned with a larger walk-in wardrobe and a sea-facing orientation, while the relationship between the living, reception, and work areas defines the heart of the public zone.

建筑原有的斜面与转角玻璃窗虽带来极佳的景观视野，但也带来了漏水隐患与窗体更换的施工挑战。
The original angled and corner glazing offers stunning sea views, yet poses significant challenges in waterproofing and window replacement costs.

整体改造在功能、体验与结构可行性之间寻找平衡，使空间在美学与实用之间重新焕发生命力。
